  • Description

    Our Mossy Forest stands for more nature on your own balcony. The creation is meant to remind us of a mossy clearing in the middle of the deepest forest, which comes to life in the spring sun after a long winter. Broom, wild garlic, woodruff & fern meet here. Everything is connected by the moss in the leafy forest, which gives the creation its name. The various shades of green of the plants let the mind wander and dream of a long walk in the forest. This hue of nature is underlined by light colour accents from the bellflower and the ray anemone.

    We dedicate Mossy Forest to the native wild plants and animals that inhabit our forests. They create a busy, lively hustle and bustle, from the undergrowth to the highest crowns of the oldest trees. Therefore, our Mossy Forest is a real must for nature lovers and anyone who likes to enjoy a moment out in the wild.

  • Our recommendation

    In our Mossy Forest you will find great plants as well as tasty wild garlic. Here is an easy and quick recipe for a delicious wild garlic butter you can make yourself:
    - approx. 30g wild garlic
    - 250g soft butter
    - 1 tsp lemon zest
    - salt
    - pepper

    If your butter is still in the fridge, put it out for the time being and let it soften. Chop the wild garlic very finely. Now mix the softened butter with the lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Then stir in the chopped wild garlic. Form two rolls and place them on a piece of cling film and shape into a thick strand. Chill in the fridge and enjoy at your next barbecue!
