Herbal Harmony

Our Herbal Harmony - fruity, sweet, spicy, and also beautiful to look at. If you want to combine all of this on your balcony, Herbal Harmony is the right choice. Popular kitchen herbs such as basil or sage are complemented by a hanging strawberry plant that bears fruit and a lush miniature rose, which give the bright green colour accents in red and pink. What could be nicer than using the herbs from your own balcony for cooking, BBQ, or for delicious lemonades & cocktails?

We love this timeless creation, and that's why it will remain part of our collection in 2023. The photos here always present the previous year's version. In individual cases, we may have to replace a single plant in the front of the creation due to availability or climatic conditions, but we always do so with the clear goal that it is an optimization and at the same time not visually noticeable.

Fancy a real summer drink?
Strawberry Basil Punch (with and without alcohol)
You need:
15 cl vodka (optional)
200 g strawberries
3 organic lemons
1 bunch of basil
1 tsp honey
1 L mineral water
Ice cubes
Preparation: Wash a lemon with an edible peel and cut it into slices. Squeeze the second lemon and pour its juice into a large jug along with the vodka. Then there are the strawberries and lemon slices, some honey, and of course, lots of ice. Finally, wash the basil, tear into large pieces and add to the jug as well. Now fill up with the mineral water and stir well. You can leave the punch in the fridge for a short time and serve.

- Planted in organic soil & wrapped in sheep's wool (organic plant fertilizer).
